Martial Arts Animations using Poser

Elbow 1 is a beginner kata which is done in a stationary horse stance.

Note: I discovered that when the above GIF is viewed with Internet Explorer, it has the effect of slowing down as it plays. Netscape provides better results. For best results, save the GIF to your hard disk and view it with a graphics viewer application, such as PaintShop Pro/Animation Shop or IrfanView (these applications are described on the Links page). Of course, the Smacker animation is better quality than the GIF.
